Terry`s Breakfast & Lunch in Spokane

Don't let the front facade nor the interior decor deter you from stopping by and enjoying some good ol' breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly and the food is brought out fast and just as asked. I would share a picture of my food, but it was just as you would expect, too good to stop eating.

A wholesome atmosphere that you can take your family too and feed them.. without hurting your wallet.

Not the prettiest looking place as you drive down Trent, but the food was amazing! Had a perfectly crispy chicken fried steak with probably the best hashbrowns in my life. Highly recommend the trip!

Liked sitting at the counter so I could watch the cooks in the open kitchen. Very friendly service, great coffee and the cook came out to talk to me and even ran to the back to grab me some more raspberry jam! My Denver omlette was perfect but could only eat half because the portions are huge. No wonder this place is packed all the time.

Friendly waitress, fast service and tasty food. What more could you want?It is the best example of a hole-in-the-wall or greasy spoon restaurant. Exterior is nothing to look at, and isn't very inviting, but once you get inside you are made to feel at home and very welcome.If you're in the area and in the mood for dinner food, you can't go wrong with Terrys

Customer service and satisfaction guaranteed. Food is well seasoned, the atmosphere has a great mom & pop feel. Breakfast and lunch served all day. No dinner services. Corn beef hash and eggs was fabulous.

The food was really good and it came out super fast! The coffee was perfect and didn't taste bitter or burnt unlike IHOP. I was really impressed with the great service, too! I will definitely be coming back! 😁

I found the food and service good, the interior is "well worn".

I got an omelet with bacon,sausage,ham and cheese with a side of sausage....low carb diet!...also my usual... Best omelet ever! It seems like they get their sausage and bacon from a butcher or maybe it's a farm to table thing.....the bacon is the thickest bacon I have ever seen! The sausage patty is irregularly cut into various sizes and shapes and is the best sausage I have ever had! Even the cheese tasted better than your typical restaurant quality! The building seems a little run down but dont let than fool you!

Could use remodel, and food decent. Small to medium size portion. Service was okay.

This a great place to get good food and the staff are always nice. It's an older restaurant but don't let that fool you. Been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Chicken fried steak was delicious. Add eggs, perfectly prepared hash browns and sour dough toast and you will be very happy. service was prompt and professional with an added touch of personality. Highly recommend!!

Great breakfast. My 8 year old's favorite place to go when we have some dad/son time. Large portions and fun atmosphere. It appears they are remodeling the outside hope they make it through Covid!

They had amazing Biscuits and Gravy! Most places cheap out on the gravy or use smaller biscuits, this place does not. Excellent serving size for the price, definitely a lot more than I was expecting. I even enjoyed the hash browns (I don't like hash browns) All in all came in super hungry, left super happy.. Oh and the drip coffee wasn't awful - A gravy and Coffee Snob.My wife also cleared her plate faster than I did.. Which never happens so, you should probably come check it out!

We showed up with a group of 10, two of which were little (and a bit rambunctious),and two relatives who aren't foodies but come close. We were treated quickly, the food was quite good and filling,with good mention all around. The two youngins dispatched their food intently. I would recommend Perry's to friends and family. Our waitress was outgoing and attentive. Definitely give them a try, I'm glad my daughter suggested Terry's

Huge portions, excellent food, friendly service, great coffee, and reasonable prices!

Outside it doesn't look like much, but as soon as you walk in, it's like stepping into your family's kitchen. Mismatched tables and chairs, waitresses that remind you of your crazy aunt or Molly Weasley.The food was decently priced and you get more than enough to eat. And it tastes amazing! 100% will return.

I ordered the Bacon and mushroom omelette. The bacon in the omelette was delicious and they were fairly generous with it. The hash browns were cooked perfect and were delicious. As simple as hash browns can be, these were amazing.

STELLAR! One of the best meals I've ever had. I wish I was a local, I'd be there all the time. Quaint, friendly, warm with a tremendous menu of exceptional dishes.

Fantastic breakfast place! Looked small from the outside but the dining room is very big. I had the Miner Scramble, very hearty. Sat at the bar and was able to chat up the cooks and waitstaff as it's an open kitchen. Highly recommend this place for breakfast after watching all the different plates the kitchen was turning out.

Food wasn't to bad but probably not as good as it could have been. Service was ok. Coffee not bad. We usually really enjoy our visits so we will return.

Looks can be incredibly deceiving. This place has great service with friendly staff. Excellent food for an affordable price. I had the philly omelet and it was just amazing.

So far great service! And the coffee is...... Farmer brothers.... so if you are a coffee snob just smile and say no thank you. Food was great and got to us fast!

I'm giving it four stars instead of five, only because the dining room is kind of shabby. It's a bit of dive joint, but hey, I'm not complaining here, I'm just calling it like I see it. Breakfast itself was pretty darn good, and the service was great.

Terry's is the bomb food is awesome I have had everything on the menu. Wait staff is outstanding. After a 12 plus years of eating there I think it's a combination of owner,wait staff,food, customers that gives this place a BIG HOME feeling.

I had an excellent breakfast here, fast friendly service with; " I hope you come back soon attitude". Don't let the outside of the building discourage you, it ain't pretty but they used their talents elsewhere: to survey good food with a smile. Here is a free tip if the place is only open for breakfast and lunch they must be doing a good job, I learned this from a boss who traveled a lot. They aren't trying to make more money on expensive dinners, just doing great breakfast and lunch. It felt more like a home cooked meal with family than a restaurant.

You know those little hole in the wall places that have just amazing stuff? Its this place. Super awesome homemade food.

Terry's Breakfast is always a family favorite. We have always had delicious meals, plenty of food, you never leave hungry.

Visiting from Birmingham Alabama, the place had nice atmosphere and felt very homey. The thing that really shined was the service! Even when a large group was taking over half the place, the server still managed to recommend me her favorite dishes, provide excellent service, and still manage to give the same quality of interaction with everyone else. I ordered the Eggs Benedict (at my servers recommendation) and it was phenomenal. If you want a comfortable and friendly eating establishment with excellent breakfast food (and at a decent price!) Look no further than Terry's. If I ever make it back to Spokane in the future, I'll definitely stop by again!

Came here for the first time with my mom and aunt for breakfast! Ordered the Chicken Fried steak the portions are huge and the food is really good! Would go back anytime!!

Food was pretty good. I always judge a breakfast place by how good their gravy is, Terry's gravy wasn't anything special, not too peppery but not bland either. Their bacon was better than average, and the portions were plenty. Price was average, service was good. Dining area is small but clean. Could use some updating inside and out, a new exterior paint job wouldn't hurt either.
